General Description and Classification Standards
This incumbent will take responsibility for managing master data, developing reports, service design, and troubleshooting data issues with the airport's customer experience initiatives. Duties at this level include but are not limited to contributing to the development and maintenance of standards, policies, and procedures regarding customer experience and data analysis; assisting management with creating and executing customer analytical products; responding to internal and external stakeholder groups with data dissemination and disaggregation, and coordinating with other departments on issues brought forward by the customer experience team. Success in this role will depend on attention to detail, prior experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of data analysis tools, databases, and protocols.
The direction received is very general, focuses on results, and is typically collaborative.
Education and experience Bachelor's degree in business, a closely related field. Five (5) to (8) years of customer experience and data analytics and three years of supervisory or management experience are required.
Preferred Education & Experience
Master's and Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in data collection and analytics, customer experience certification, communications, or a closely related field and five or more years of customer experience and supervisory or managerial experience (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis) with a specific emphasis in data analytics.
