General Description and Classification Standards

The Business Manager II (Concessions Marketing) will drive revenue and enhance the customer experience at our leased food, beverage, and retail concessions within Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that promote ATL's products and services offered at our leased airport concessions to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, finance, accounting, or related field.

Five years of direct management and procurement experience is required.

Preferred Education & Experience

Master's degree in business/marketing, finance, accounting, or related field and 5-8 years of professional experience in administration and budgeting (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis).

Licensures and Certifications

The position would be expected to have licensure or professional certifications appropriate to the position.
